Cut Loose: A Taste of Central West End South
EightOne Creative worked with Philip Johnson Salon/Spa in partnership with AVEDA for their annual Earth Month initiative, charity:water and seven St. Louis businesses to create an Earth Month charity event: Cut Loose: A Taste of Central West End South. The event had two main goals: raise money for charity:water's clean water initiative and introduce people to what the Central West End South neighborhood has to offer, ideally creating long-term business for all the great restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
EightOne Creative developed the name, branding and marketing plan. A combination of print and web materials were produced to market the event, including: posters and display marketing, website and social media graphics and t-shirts for event attendees. The event is a success and is now in its' fifth year, regularly raising several thousand dollars through ticket sales and donations that benefit charity:water.

In August 2016, Cut Loose was named 'Best Co-Branded Campaign' by Salon Today Magazine in their annual competition that honors great marketing and promotion ideas that have been tested in the salon environment and have proven their success.
